Legacy Foundation

The team has applied for a Legacy Foundation Grant.  We have submitted paperwork and moved on to Phase 2 of the grant process.  We are now awaiting for the final announcement of which projects will be funded.  

Monetary Donations

Construct, improve and repair areas along the walking path that currently circles Lake Wazeecha, specifically the northeast section of the trail from 64th Street to County Trunk U.  This section of trail improvement would provide safe, accessible recreation for residents of all ages and abilities around the entire 4 mile trail.  

In-Kind Donations

Beginning upon completion of construction and continuing year-round, work with the Wood County Park and Recreation Department to ensure timely snow and ice removal within 48-72 hours of snowfall, maintaining safe access to the walking path year-round.
